Okay so he’s my stepbrother ( Shameless family endorsements again). This weekend, I went to the City of Sin and had the pleasure of visiting with Jimmy Bones and the newly weds: Chris & Charlene.

We had breakfast at the Orginal

Pancake House inside the beautiful Green Valley Ranch and

Resort. And if you know me, a big breakfast is one of my favorite things, even if there are no screwdrivers involved. Potato Pancakes with applesauce and sour cream were fab!

Jimmy and I went to his book signing at the Reading Room, inside Mandalay Bay, where Chris’ named was displayed in lights.

Such coolness growing up with the guy and then seeing his name on a stack of books in the store.

We took our time leaving. Stopped for a uniquely placed Veggi-Thai place, next to wig shops and porn stores.

We finally pulled away as rainbow sherbet colored dusk was upon us. Chris commented on the Modern Architecture as we made our way to the 15 fwy.

Thanks for the ride.
