Funny people was playing at the dollar theatre so I took the boys.  Two and a half hours of air conditioning, score!  Okay, I really did not realize every other work would be fuck and balls. My 13 year old was very  pleased.  My 12 year old raised his eyebrows.  My 10.5 year old covered his eyes.  He told me later that the movie was dirty and had no plot.

feeling odd… as I transition…massive calorie reduction underway.   Guess how many calories are burned by 2 hours of heavy roller skating? Survey Says: 1450.  Yes, that is a day’s worth.  I wish i could roller skate for 2 hours everyday.  I bidding farewell to the potato and all of it’s gifts (fries, mashed, and vodka). I will have a lot of work tomorrow.  Time should go buy quickly.  I look forward to air condition and seeing my fish.
